Our roots here run deep. While our dad originally came from New Jersey, South Florida is where he built his life, raised our family, and spent the last 35+ years serving this community. For us, this isn’t just where we work—it’s home.

David brings over 35 years of experience and a people-first mindset shaped by his background in the hospitality industry.
Originally from New Jersey, he made South Florida home decades ago, where he built his career and raised his family. Over the years, he’s worked on both the lending and brokerage side of the mortgage business, giving him a well-rounded understanding of loan products and how to structure deals that actually work for his clients.
His approach is simple: take care of people, communicate clearly, and match each client with the right solution—not just the easiest one.
Outside of work, David is deeply involved in the local community and is always finding ways to give back. He brings that same level of care and consistency to every client relationship.
Matthew plays a key role in keeping each transaction organized, on track, and moving smoothly from start to finish.
Known for his calm, laid-back personality, he brings a steady presence to the team and is someone clients naturally feel comfortable working with. He focuses on the details behind the scenes, making sure timelines are met and nothing gets overlooked throughout the process.
In addition to his role with the team, Matthew works full-time in wine sales with one of the largest distributors in the country, where he’s built strong skills in relationship-building and client service.
Growing up in a competitive, sports-driven family, he understands the importance of teamwork and knowing your role—something that carries into how the Pollack team operates every day. He’s also a huge soccer fan and, like the rest of the family, a dedicated Miami Hurricanes
supporter.
Rachael works closely with buyers to make sure they feel informed, prepared, and confident from day one.
Born and raised in South Florida, she brings strong local insight and a practical, no-pressure
approach to every client she works with. In addition to her role on the team, she is also a local real estate agent, giving her a well rounded understanding of the home buying process.
Outside of work, she enjoys the South Florida lifestyle—spending time fishing, flying, and being
out on the water whenever she can.
